Let’s Collaborate! The Idea Portal is Here!

Idea Portal Enhancement Now Live – Release Date: May 28, 2019

At Jackrabbit, we take our Core Values seriously. We ask each team member to look for the Win-Win each day and with the release of the Idea Portal, we think you’ll agree we hit the mark!

What is the Idea Portal?

As our user base has grown, so has our list of great ideas from other childcare owners, directors and administrators just like you. Organizing and prioritizing these ideas became a challenge for the Jackrabbit Care Product Team to manage.

The Idea Portal will replace the Send Idea button in your database. You will still be able to add ideas, but with more visibility in to our process. Not only can you add your own ideas but you can see what others are asking for as well. If you see something you agree with, just vote! If there are more details you want to provide, add a comment.

The Idea Portal truly gives our users a voice, while helping us prioritize upcoming enhancements. How’s that for a win-win?

Follow the Process in the Idea Portal

In addition to being able to see other users’ ideas, you also gain some insight on where ideas are in the process. The Product Team not only monitors the portal for ideas with high votes but also to assign status updates, as needed. Some status updates you may see on ideas include:

  • Already exists
  • Will not implement
  • Planned
  • Shipped

While all ideas can’t be implemented, you have transparency in to what our Product Team is doing. We know you’re just as excited as we are about the growth of Jackrabbit Care and we’re committed to keeping you up to date on the latest enhancements to your system.
