Parent Portal Provides More!

Jackrabbit Care’s Parent Portal has some tweaks that we hope you like!

Parents can print transactions.

The Parent Portal now allows transactions to be printed by parents – in combination or with the schedules. What is cool about this for you is that your parents need their transaction history for taxes and this enhancement allows them to print their own transactions from the Portal without your help.

With the end of the year approaching more quickly than we want to admit, this is a new capability bonus that you will want to make sure they know about.

Parents can print schedules.

We let the cat out of the bag in the ‘print transactions’ section above, but to reiterate: parents can also easily print schedules from their portal anytime they find it convenient or necessary to do so. A convenience for them is a bonus for you since this make consuming this information something parents can do for themselves and keeps your staff out of the document or link forwarding loop.

Parents have new option on dashboard.

In addition to the cool things we’ve mentioned above, parents can have the option to enroll their child from the dashboard – expanding the usefulness of the dashboard from more than just a tool for monitoring with their balance!

The Jackrabbit Care Help Center is the best place for learning about the Parent Portal. It offers resources (including set-up, customer use, enrollment, communication, and ePayments) in great detail so you can become proficient in all areas almost no time.

You can poke around a sample if you’d like and experience a little of the portal’s new coolness for yourself.
