She has an invigorating passion for teaching children God's Word through play and age appropriate activities. Cristin is the director for the full time weekday preschool program, Little Life Academy. She also coordinates all of the weekend services and other events for Little Life Ministry. Her desire is to see children enjoy the Word of God and come to know Him as their true Father. Cristin holds a Bachelors Degree in Human Development and an Associates Degree in Child Development. She has 10 years of experience working with young children. Cristin and her husband, Michael, have 5 kids: Matthew, Skylar, Misti, Monroe and Reese. They both enjoy spending time together for family outings while swimming, hiking and playing with their dogs.

She is from a large family and has five children of her own. She understands how important it is for parents to know that their children are happy, safe and being well cared for. Sha'rae really enjoys helping children learn and grow. She thrives on the challenge of making childcare the best that it can be. She is fortunate that the owners given her the support and tools that I need to be creative, have fun and run a high quality program. Sha'rae is happy to be working at a facility where all the programs promote the same philosophies throughout and strive to set a good example for children and adults alike.

Frank is a native of San Mateo, California and graduated from Hillsdale High School. He attended San Jose State University on a gymnastics scholarship, graduated in 1976, and moved to Boise, Idaho. The amazing WINGS Center (under Frank's continuous direction since 1976) is a 35,000 s.f. "working lab" of synergistic programs. Frank pioneered the Children's Learning Opportunity Center (CLOC) concept - a unique blend of Sports Instruction, Child Care & Education, Entertainment and Outreach. The operational systems that Frank has designed allow the affairs of the Wings Center to be managed on a part-time basis. His wife, Shauna Swank-Sahlein has taken the lead at the Wings Center on a daily basis and also coordinates all Marketing efforts. These operational systems have set a viable template for Children's Activity Centers, and as a result Frank is sought nationwide by clients in our industry for customized consulting, expansion, valuation and brokerage services. 3rd Level Consulting & Business Brokerage offers detailed solutions that are complete, confidential and customized to each business. Business Systems Analysis helps owners add value to their businesses through the use of organized, integrated SYSTEMS.
